A message to a busy Mama...
This is for YOU.

I see you hustling every day, juggling all the things—meals, naps, school pickups, and playdates. And somehow, in the midst of all that, you manage to squeeze in a few bites here and there—leftover goldfish, a half-eaten apple slice, maybe even the crust from a PB&J. And let me tell you... I've BEEN THERE. I existed off of those crusts and snack leftovers for YEARS! And then I realized I wasn't alone, and lots of parents are fully “nourished” off of these same kinds of things.
But here's a word for us both: You are worth so much more than scraps.
You weren’t made to be a mommy garbage disposal.
As moms, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that our job is to give, give, and give some more. But what happens when we’re running on empty? What happens when we’ve taken care of everyone else, but we’ve forgotten to nourish ourselves?

The truth is, when you take a moment to nourish your body, everything changes.
You’ll have more energy for your kids, more mental clarity for decision-making, and more peace because you’ve shown yourself the care you deserve.
So let’s get real for a moment: It’s time to stop standing over the kitchen sink, eating whatever’s left on your kids’ plates. I’m giving you permission (and a loving reminder) to make yourself a simple snack, reheat those leftovers, and actually sit down to enjoy it. You deserve a plate, a seat at the table, and the same care you give to your family.
Here’s why this matters:
Energy for your day: When you fuel your body properly, you’ll have the energy to keep up with the demands of motherhood.
Mental clarity: Your brain functions better when it’s nourished, making decisions easier and reducing that mental fog.
Self-care isn’t selfish: By taking a moment to care for yourself, you’ll actually be able to serve your family better. You can’t pour from an empty cup!
So from one mama to another, I’m telling you—you are worth more than scraps!!! Today, make yourself a meal,
plate it,
sit down,
and savor it.
Your body, mind, and soul will thank you for it. 💖
Remember, when you nourish yourself, you’re setting an example for your kids, for your friends, for your future self. Maybe you'll impact someone's day, or someone's life, as a witness of the importance of self-care.
You’ve got this, Mama. Now go make that meal! ✨
